Stats.
So far I have walked 3 Miles in October 96 miles in total since starting this blog
I have stopped myself from spending £66 at work (£3 of which in October) on sweets and snacks I don't really need.
Thoughts.
Back to work, and it's a matter of getting back in to the swing of things. 12 hour shift and I resisted the temptation, and a good walk to work with several laps of the place at break time and dinner. All very much needed as I had been very sedentary whilst off, which means the weight had crept up. Need to make a lot of #Gotober.
